Whether you would like to be contacted for general opportunities as they come up or you are interested in supporting a specific event, we would love to have you join us. Your support makes a big difference, and we could not do what we do without you!
Become a Board Member
A ballet board member of a pre-professional company plays a crucial role in guiding the organization's mission and enhancing its overall effectiveness. Their duties typically include overseeing strategic planning, ensuring financial stewardship, and supporting fundraising efforts to secure resources for the company's operations and programs. Board members also foster community relationships, advocate for the arts, and help in building networks that benefit both dancers and the organization. Additionally, they may participate providing mentorship, contributing to the educational opportunities for aspiring dancers.
While we may not always have openings right away, we encourage you to fill out our general interest form. This lets us know of your willingness to serve, and we’ll be in touch when a position becomes available.
AUDITONS
Seasonal auditions are held in person each May. Exact dates and times will be announced six weeks in advance. Dancers must be at least 12 years old with a minimum of two years of dance experience.
